Batter:

  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup AP flour
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1/4 cup cold water
  • 2 TBL spoons veg oil
  • 1 TBL spoon white sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp real vanilla

Filling:

  • 1.5 cups of ricotta or farmers cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1 lemon zested
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 TBL spoon butter
  • 1 TBL spoon confectioner sugar
